Enclosed cab with heat and air conditioning. Cat hydraulic quick coupler. 60” wide digging bucket in good condition with 6 “Spade” teeth also in good condition. 34” wide pads on a 90% + remaining undercarriage; track assemblies, sprockets and track adjusters replaced at 9,044 hours (documentation available). Boom, stick, coupler, bucket and bucket linkage all tight. No cracks or repair welds on boom or stick. Inside the cab is clean with all controls functioning properly. Original factory paint with no damage. The engine was rebuilt by Cat dealer with some warranty at 5,623 hours (documentation available). It starts easily & burns clean exhaust. The hydraulics are strong & have no leaks. The final drives operate smoothly with no abnormal noise. This is a local one owner, well maintained machine in very good repair with no known issues.
